ROBIN HENDERSON RETANA

Robin Retana has taught all grade levels of elementary and middle school. She has worked in three states and has the designation of “Master Teacher,” in Texas and New Mexico. She was an Assistant Principal in the award winning school district of San Marcos, California and has been very involved in evaluating curriculum and staff development. Her expertise is in reading and writing and she loves to see children express themselves in a proper and creative manner. Mrs. Retana also coordinated a multi-million dollar grant, "GEAR UP," which exposed children to college. She holds an M.A. in counseling and a California administrative services credential.

She currently serves as the principal of ETAA Charter School and looks forward to the students improving annually.
