Welcome to Mrs.Soriano's Kindergarten class
I am excited for a new school year. This year I will be teaching Kindergarten. I have taught Kindergarten in the past, therefore am familiar with the standards and what is expected from them. The students in my class will receive their homework packet every Monday and will need to return it to class every Friday. It includes a reading log page. Each child should be read to at least 20 minutes a day and have the reading log signed.
Student of the Month certificates are given only to those students who do these things:
- Come to school everyday.
-Wear their uniform everyday.
-Bring homework.
-Maintain a green or yellow card from the behavior chart.
I will do my part to make sure every child succeeds and I expect the parents to do theirs.
